Hi Ronei,

Before adding or changing or deleting the entries in a table, we need to check, whether table set-up was done for maintenance/transportable.

Go to T.Code - SE11, display the table and check the following:

1.Go to Utilities in main Menu - Choose 'Table maintenance generator' and check whether Standard record routine is activated.

2. Go to 'Attributes tab' and check whether 'Table maintenance allowed' check box is ticked.

And if you have authorized, you will be able to maintain the values in table in T.Code SM30.
