When i'm doing post installation with Development i have succesfully configured STMS with Virtual systems.
But when i finished installation with Quality & when trying to map with real system It is taking as 2 transport groups in development system.
How can i share the /usr/sap/trans directory

Andreas,
the folder trans ist typically located under one local \usr\sap directory tree which is normally shared as SAPMNT.
In this case you do not need to create a new share.
You need to specify
<the remotehost\sapmnt\trans as DIR_TRANS and you may need also to adjust the security settings of this directory tree to allow a newly installed system on a different machine to access this directory structure.
but everything is documented in the installation guide, chapter Preparing the SAP System Transport Host
