installation error

Hello All,

We have installed SAP EP 6.0 on WebAS 6.40 on windows server 2003. Now I am trying to install content mangement and collaboration. However it gives me the following error in step 1 of the process

ERROR 2005-08-31 14:35:30

MUT-03011 Execution of the command "C:\usr\sap/<sapsid>/JC00/j2ee/os_libs/jcmon.exe 'pf=C:\usr\sap\T30\SYS\profile/<sapsid>_JC00_<hostname>'" finished with return code 128. Output: snipped

Can anyone help me out with this?

Hi,

the error you get in the installation log is not very informative. It just points that there's a problem running the jcmon program.

Try having a look at the dev_jcmon trace file located in your C:\usr\sap/<sapsid>/JC00/work directory. Ideally, this file should contain more conrete info about the error.
