Hi all,

I face some problem with sales order...I couldnt identify the error....Here the problem is

When i am trying to add sales order, the following error pops up...

<b>Cannot add or update this document, its rows are missing [sales order - row - row number ] [line 0] [ message 131-197 ]</b>

Hello,

I've got this error in PL 34 of SAP B1 2005A when I create additional authorization creator for form ID 38 (restrict user to open UDF settings) and assign to some users. I have some UDF in row and header of the sales order. All of them are using formatted search. Especially UDF in header, it can be restricted to be visible to all users only by using additional authorization creator. After I delete it I successfully can add the sales order. To avoid the error appears again, I upgrade to PL 36 and do not want to use it.

I suggest you to upgrade the PL or restore the database.

It could be even due to ORDR & RDR1 table corruption. I would suggest that you post a message to SAP Support.

Please provide SBO version and Patch details.

Do you mean you are not able to Add new Sales Order at all?

Hi Suda,

I work on SBO 2005B and PL27....

I am not able to add sales order only in OEC Demo database but i can add in other databases...

Help me out of this...
