Can't retrieve the 0SR_CFVOC, BBP_EXPVAL and 0PLANT values from SRM

Hi all,

I am running BI 7 on a SRM 5.5 environment.

On the 0SRM_TD_PO datasource, I could not get the ITM_CF_VALUE (mapped to 0SR_CFVOC in BI), ITM_EXP_VALUE (mapped to BBP_EXPVAL in BI) and ITM_LOC_ID/0SR_LOCATIO (mapped to 0PLANT) values from the extractor. Nothing is returned for those 3 fields.

Do you know why? I did not find any notes on those...

Thanks for your feedback.

Are these fields being populated in the base tables?

Do you see these values in the extractor checker RSA3 in the source system ? If it is - then check if it is in the PSA as well ?

Did you load all business partner information?

Find base tables at help.sap.com

Hi

No, I can not see the values from the extractors in the source system.

Sounds like the extractor does not retrieve the information.

Thanks

You can confirm with the functional SRM team if they are using these fields. Check the base tables to make sure that they dont have any values for these fields.

Here are the answers :

0SR_CFVOC (and others CF fields), BBP_EXPVAL :

They won't be filled out by running the 0SRM_TD_PO extractor. They will come with the 0SRM_TD_CF extractor only.

0PLANT: is determined at the transfer rules level (in BI so not at the source system level) by using the 0SR_LOCATION (business partner id of the location) and by doing a "lookup" on the 0BPartner Infoobject.
