Partner <> (Change Manager) is neither an employee nor an organizational

Hello!

I would like to test/implement Change Request Management functionality.

When I create an urgent correction in DSWP --> Change Request Management and display it I get the following error

<b>Partner 111 (Change Manager) is neither an employee nor an organizational

unit</b>

Message no. COM_PARTNER136

The second problem:

When I go to actions I get the warning

<b>There are no actions in the worklist</b>

Message no. SPPF_VIEW_CRM101

The third problem I have:

If I choose some message from Tcode CRM_DNO_MONITOR I get the error:

<b>There is not valid business partner assigned to your user</b>

How these problems can be solved?

Hi Thom,

You have to create Business Partners for "Change Manager UID" and "Message Creator UID".

You can create Business Partners using "BP" transaction.

How to create BPs? You can get detailed explanation from "SPRO" of Solution Manager.
