Can anybody describe can we create a customized material type? If yes, how & where can you do it?

Hallo,

Yes u can create customizrd material type. go in tcode - spro - LogisticsGeneral-MaterialMaster-BasicSettings-MaterialTypes-Define Attributes of Material Types

There u can customize your materila type. best way to do it is the copy existing material type (that fit u best) and then modify it according your needs. Copy it with all depending links.

If u have some more specific customizing requirements - pls specify them
