Create account 641000 for 04.11.2007 as a cost element in controlling area

When I am trying to post GL account 641000 it is giving error message cost element should be created for 04.11.2007

but the issue is already cost element created

but it is giving the same message.

it is even giving message delete auxilory account assignments in cost objects

so give me the solution

Hi,

In such cases you can try to delete cost element and create it again with the same period.

Whenever you create a cost element, you have to provide for a validity period.

You have to ensure that validity of cost element is still good.

Check your fiscal year and match the validity of the cost element with the fiscal year.

I have checked the time period every thing is fine, my cost element period is 01.07.2005 to 31.12.9999

but i am getting error KI280

you need to create cost element for 04.11.2007.

may be the cost element you created expired on 04.11.2207
