Dear All,
I wonder why the sales order still exists (listed) in the document draft status although it has been posted (added), I have to delete it manually. Is it application error ?
Rgd,
Edu
Hello Eduard,
Document Drafts are sometimes used as a template document which can be copied more than once.
If you notice in the Document drafts window there is check box <b>"Open Only"</b>. If you check this then it will not show the drafts for which SO has been already created. If you want to completely get rid of them then you need to Delete them manually.
Thanks
Suda

Hello,
The sales order that you see in document draft is going no where. What I mean is that it stored in the ODRF table. You could delete it either directly using query analyzer i.e:
delete from ODRF where cardcode = 'xx' and other ODRF related tables if many drafts for one customer or manually in the system. There are 1-12 tables of ODRF.
It is not application error. the standard definition of SAP B1 dictates that.
