what needs to be done for CRM Marketing Analytics? I need report such as Campaign Response over Time, Campaign revenue over time, number of leads and etc?

Is it purely done by the BI team or do the CRM team configure the settings?

Also how can I get the page to be displayed in the portal?

Hello,

You can assess the Success or failure of the campaign.

For Marketing Planning and Budgeting

IMG>CRM>Marketing>MktgPlnning Cmpmgt>Key Figure Planning-->Define Planning Profile Group.( Do the top down planning)

Set the Indicator New KPI flag.

--->Maintain Value distribution(if you want to transfer Budget to R/3 PS)

For setting regarding campaign success or failure most of the settings are done on the BW side.

For analyzing the No of leads won or lost querys have to be done by BW consultant on the BW side.
