user training

Hi guru's

what are the problems we uselly get during user training .how many user's will be there .

hi,

According to my understanding SAP recommends us(Functional consultants) to train the keyusers/process owners.In turn they are suppose to train the end users.We may oversee the trainning imparted to the end user by the key users/process owners and intervene the trainning only if it is required.

To Answer your question on difficulty involved in trainning,it will be a task for you to bring the process change as there will be always resistance to change.

Hi Guruveer,

Basically the amount of users would vary from company to company and also would change whether you are training the end users or the Process owners or experts.

More often than not, you would be training the Process Owners or Experts , where in the number of people you would be training will be considerably less.

The more common problem you would be facing is making the users change or adapt to the new process.
