PR for individual reservations tied to Work Order

We are creatinga a ONE reservation for ONE workorder which contains all the components/materials needed for that PM work order.

When the MRP runs we want to convert these reservations into a Purchase Requisitions One-2-One. Means one PR for every reservation.

Can we achive this by any specific lot sizing procedure, MRP type etc..

Hi,

I guess, the control should be in PM not in MM. PM order / Reservation is the feeder to MM. So, PM should tell MM / Planning how it wants the requisitions. In my knowledge, the planning tool, in general, creates a separate PR always, as long as the requirement (demand) it gets from feeder systems is line by line.
