default removal of delivery block

hi

we are following delivery block (pending aproval) ,payments through cards, my requirement is if material available& order below 10000and icici card block should remove automatically what we do for thise.in the case of order having 2material out of one available and another not available what we do.....plz urgent give the solution..suitable points will be given.

Hi

In the case of two materials you have to set the delivery split criteria in the copy controls, so that the item which meets the requirements will be delivered and the other material will still not be delivered and the delivery block will continue.
