First i like to know you are in which domain background so that i can say which suit you.

functional consultant job is the Analise the business process & give the best solution through sap. So chose the module of you domain background, this will have good career growth.

there is no good and bad functional module .my view is get into the module in which you are strong enough so that you can catchup earlier. the quicker you can catch you can win.,try to select the suitble module for your career and work it out.Because getting intial breakthough is very difficult for all module if you have functional experience in any of the module you said,i wish to select from them
