URGENT : problem in accessing ESS Home Page

hi,

We are inplementing ESS / MSS ERP2005, we are facing the problem that

we are not able to see the employee self services home page

its giving the following error

You do not have the authorization to start service sap.com/pcui_gp~xssutils/XssMenu

ECC side the aothorizatin has been given to the employees according to the note

857431

the single role SAP_ESSUSER_ERP05 has been assigned to the users

Kindly show some light.

Hi sera,

In the backend, give authorization to all the objects of (*) of type webdynpro.
