Visual Composer Error

Hi all,

i can deploy my model and see my ouput in the portal. But after deploying if i come back and save something or try to deploy again in the visual composer storyboard (model) , it is saying -

Proxy Error:- "Only top level element is allowed in an XML document". At this time i have to log off and login again. after that i can deploy once. How can i solve this issue.

Hi Divya,

This usually happens when you loose the authentication or session cookie (after a certain predefined time). This is by design. If it happens immediately after you deploy the model - open a ticket at SAP support.

1. What is the error? Could be please explain me in detail.

2. What ticket and where should i raise the ticket? (at SAP Support means)
