Indexing on DSO Tables

Hello Friends. Logic Start Routines are causing Performance issues of 1 hour data load, IS IT recommended to do indexing on DSO Table. If YES HOW. please tell me step by step. I want to Have 0PROFIT_CTR and 0COMP_CODE , ZEMPCODE Fetch in the start routing code from one table and then map with other dso table 0PROFIT_CTR and 0COMP_CODE and Fiscper. data of current quater. so how to index the dso So that performance can be improved

Please help me here instead of links will be appreciated

Hi,

It would be easier to help you if you post your start routine code...

But yes, adding apropriate index for DSO will speed up data access but it also can slow down data loading to this DSO...

In order to add new index to DSO go to RSA1, then find your DSO in InfoProviders and go to edit mode. There is special node in DSO definition called index. You can create new index from context menu and then drag fields on index node to add them...
