print message RFQ

Hello Forum!

When I create a RFQ, the system don´t find the output print message. In customizing the message for RFQ has been created, but don´t find it. If i press header/message are not the message. I can select any message, but tha system automatic don´t find the message createds.

Hi,

Try this -

Go to trn code: MN01

Select your output type that you wish to use for RFQ printing/messaging

Hit Enter (or select key combination)

Select the option that you wish to maintain the default key combination for -

(say document type / purchasing org)....this depends upon the access key setup to output type that you use

Enter the required details document type, p org, medium 1 etc...in the communication data screen, enter the output device....select print immediately (this will trigger the spool out to printer without getting queued into the spool list (sp02)

save it.

Go to create an RFQ with the data that matches to the details you just maintained above. you will find output type defaulted now!

The solution was found! Thanks for your help! made some changes, although not exactly that the problem I help myself to solve it.
