Hey Guys,

What's use of having following HR parameters in User master record (using transaction SU01)?

MOL (Personnel Country Grouping)

UGR (User group (HR master data))

Thanks,

Karan.

Hi Karan,

User parameter "MOL" specifies the country grouping.

When you assign this parameter in SU01 to a user id then it will default through the country code when the user go into tables and programs.

User parameter "UGR" specifies the HR usergroup.

When you assign this parameter in SU01 to a user id, it will determine what actions the user can see in PA40 and also what infotypes the user can see in PA30 menu.

Hope this helps.

Kiran Kandepalli.
