Hi Gurus,

We are using the intercom any sales process (via sales orders only, not STOs). The business requirement is that the pricing on the IV invoice be equal to the material cost. Can the intercom any pricing procedure simply use the VPRS condition to achieve this?

Hi,

Everything is available in the procedure ICAA01 and your VPRS should have subtotal as B and requirement as 4.

Your material should have the moving average price. After your price is copied in the billing document, you can input the invoice value manually.

This should solve your purpose.

Reward points if it helps.

Hi Mercy,

Can the intercompany pricing procedure simply use the VPRS condition to achieve this?

NO.Because both the condition type has different requirements(for example VPRS>REQ 4 cost,PI01>REQ 22 Intercompany billing).

Solution:

in V/06>Maintain condition type>select condition type PI01(Intercompany price)>click on DETAILS button>MAINTAIN CONDITION CATAGORY G COST

enter & save.

check in sale order item data>coditions tab page.

REWARD IF IT IS USEFUL

Hi

Yes it is possible to that material cost will be equal to pricing. The below is customizing.

The first method - Do not set the pricing condition VPRS as a statistical condition type. Simply remove PI01(IV01) and it will work fine if you always use VPRS as your pricing base inside the pricing procedure. VPRS will read both prices based on the price control in the material master.

Price control S for standard price.

Price control V for moving average price.

Please check and let us know the results.
