Reg.Increase of capital budget amount

Hi,

i have to increase the capital budget amount,for which i tried in TC-IM30.But there is a error message as follows.

overall budget amount is less than distributed budget.

Please advice me how to go about.

Also please tell what is the transaction code to view FM document.

Hi

Based on your message and above reply, I would like to add below:

You are increasing the distributed budget without first increasing the Overall budget.

This means that the Order/Project which you are distributing budget is having more budget than the higher level object or in another scenario budget for the current year is less.

So you first need to increase the distributed budget for the higher level object and for current year and then distribute budget to the project/order you want to.

System checks consistency for budget in comparison to the year and higher level object. If the distributed budget is more it will generate error.
