Error applying SAP Passport Certificate in browser

Hello guys

Recently I changed my laptop in my job.

I received this laptop with 2 users: administrador and <myname>

When I try install SAP Passport certicates in my browser I get an error:

Error applying SAP Passport. Please review settings about activeX ..and so on

I have compared settings of Internet Explorer between new laptop and the old on, and is exactly the same.

I can't apply SAP Passport neither for <myname> accout neither for Administrador account.

Curiously, I have created a new one user... and for this user works ok (!!!???)))

So, could you tell me somebody what is wrong? How can I solver this but for the right account user: <myname>???

Hi,

This issue occurs mostly with Internet Explorer 6 SP2 on Windows XP. To resolve the issue, download and install the ActiveX from the following website:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912945

Once after installing the ActiveX, you need to clear cookies, temporary internet files and then start installing the SAP passport.

Thanks for your answer but I installed this fix , restarted my laptop, cleared cookies and temp files, but... it doesn't work

any suggestion?
