sirs:- this is the hr question, what is the L1, AND L2, FOR this I can say, priority level issues, ( but she is not agree have any for this internal meaning)
Hi,
L1 & L2 are nothing but the Levels of Support. In this levels, 1 is the lowest or can be said as first line of support. If they are not able to solve, then the same is escalated to Level 2. In Level 2, normally experts are there to solve the issues.
