I need configure the IDOC monitoring via CCMS for the tcode is we02,
If it is possible, please let me know the configuration steps.

In Rz20 -> CCMS Technical Expert Monitors -> System / All Monitoring Segments / All Monitoring Contexts
Please check
SAP_CCMS_<hostname>_<SID>_<Inst No.> -> ALE/EDI <SID>(000) Log.sys -> SAP: All IDocs 7 days
