I am SD consultant (new)
Trying do delivery and hit msg need batch with stock to deliver, what is the easiet way to bring in the stock/batch (T-CODE?)

Check the Tcode MMBE, you can get the batch stkof the material under the particular client / co code/ plant/sloc/batch/ special stk.
