Portal is not coming up 503 error

Hi Friends,

I have a serious and urgent issue on my production portal, the portal went down when we try to access we are getting 50 error application is stopped . This is a business critical application we are really introulbe .

We can see all our portal are in running state through telnet but we are getting this error.

we are on 2004s EP7.00sp10 with KMC on IBM AIX

Please give some urgent inputs.

Check ur logs file it will show complete error and also

Logs are found in the Portal server file system under:

/usr/sap/<SID>/JC<XX>/j2ee/cluster/server<X>/log

check below note
