We have just upgraded from Solution Manager 3.1 to – 4.0 SP11/Windows, Oracle. Been through Postprocessing steps: Upgrade Guide FAQ/Note 903587 - Upgrade to SAP Solution Manager 4.0 - Post-Processing steps/ incl IMG/Solution Manager/General ( and Advanced) Configuration ( ref. Master Guide SAP Solution Manager 4.0).
We have a problem displaying LearningMaps,
Error: Service cannot be reached
What has happened?
URL http://dnismpa.danisco.com:1080/sap/bc/solman/defaultUser/LearningMap/explanation2.htm call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
Service Solman and all underlaying services activated in TA SICF ref. Screen copy from attachment.
Been through IMG/Advanced Configuration (and General -), basic Settings, SAP Solution Manager System, HTTP Services, Activate Solution Manager Services, Create Alias for Business Server Pages (& Create Alias for Document Management Service) ref. Screen copy from attachment.
System Trace/Authorization shows no errors
