I could not able to see the previous shopping carts in ebp
1.Previously i could able to see the shopping carts
2.When trying to copy old carts iam unable to do so as nothing is there to be found.

Hi Madhavan,
It looks like you deleted your Old BP and created and integrated a new USER into the Org Structure, which created a new BP. This will wipe out all old shopping carts asscociated to your old BP. If you want to bring back those shopping carts, please follow these steps:
1.) Search and Pick the Old BP number from Trx BP
2.) Search for the New BP Number from Trx BP
3.) Select Employee Role in Trx BP and select the identification tab.
4.) Go into the change mode and remove the User ID from the User ID field and save your changes.
5.) Goto Trx BP and Open your OLD BP within the Employee role and identification tab and populate the USER ID that you removed from the NEW BP into the Old BP.

please check date range for which you are finding the carts.
