As far as i know Revaluation concept is used when suppose you have allocated cost(5 Rs/ Hour) from cost center to an internal order. You have settled the internal order to another cost center. Later you find that what ever u have allocated is wrong actualy you should have allocated 6rs/ hour. In this case you do revaluation.
