Page can not be found or shows blank page

Hi,

We have WD iview running in a new window. When we run the WD iview from head office and some of our other locations we don't have any problem. Some of our office locations users getting the following problem "page can not be found" or "page can not be displayed" or blank page. After getting this error, If they try again they get the same problem in different screen for different action. If they try couple of times they are able complete the process. We don't have any clue why it is happening.

We thought it might be becuase of network connection drops betweek remote office location and our head office ( where portal is running) or proxy settings or local desktop IE6.0 settings.

by the way we are running on NW04 SP20 ( Windows 2003 server). IE 6.0 and LAN cable ( no wireless ).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Add Host files in local computers

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Enter IP address and hostname

10.20.30.40 hostname (Fully qualified domain name)

and also try disabling proxy settings

Can u send the complete stack trace from UI as well as from server log??
