Asset under construction settlement

Hi Gurus,

Iam trying to settle a asset under construction, there is both negative and positive entries net value is positive two negative entries and one positive entry

how ever when i try to settle it it is giving me an error as acquisition value 0 in area 01

can anybody tell me how to settle the same
