Creating TREE REPORT with CHECKBOX against each row

We have a requirement to display data from a single Z-table in the form of a TREE structure with checkboxes. When the user selects the check box then those records should be in copied into an interna table. Can anyone help me out with some piece of code or references.

I heard that there are <b>FMs with RS_TREE_*</b> to be used.

I am not able to find the right info about these FMs. This is a <b>HIGH priority</b> one and I already took lot of time doing some R&D but couldnt find any sol. Pease suggest me some sample code for tree with check box either normal ABAP or OOPS ABAP.

Please help me out.

can anyone help me out how to get the check box when the list is displayed in a tree format using <b>rs_tree_list_display</b> fm?

Hi

Following code is to add checkboxes in ALV tree:

FORM add_root_request USING pls_data_ TYPE csg_gs_outtab_p_key__l_is_sub_node_ TYPE c

CHANGING pl_carrid_key._node = nodes->add_node( related_node = p_key

relationship = cl_gui_column_tree=>relat_last_child ).

  • ... §0.2 if information should be displayed at

  • the hierarchy column set the carrid as text for this node

I achieved this using

SAPCOLUMN_TREE_CONTROL_DEMO demo program and rhinte20 program which includes a checkbox and checkbox_change event
