Field selection through condition category -delivery costs

Hi ,

My business wants the vendor field in frieght condition type to be mandatory when they create a PO .

Can anyone help me with necessary config .

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no config control to make the freight vendor field within a condition type mandatory. However, a relevant config on this may be helpful to you....

For a freight condition type (M/06), Vendor in GR field can control the way business requires. For example if you maintain 2 - always possible for this indicator within the condition type config, while creating PO, anyway system copies main vendor as freight vendor. You may ofcourse, change this. However, at the time of gR, you are given an option to be able to change the freight vendor as the situation demands.
