Hi
When i am executing SLDCHECK , it is not showing any error messages, except one or two warning messages. But when my file communication channel still showing the following error. can any one help in this ..please

you can refresh the CPA Cache,and then check the PIAFUSER's password is changed.

The solution for your problem is like this:
Please check/correct ports, machines etc. in SLD! A temporary workaround is: set Parameter SLDAccessin SAP XI AF CPA to false and configure the parameters xiadapter.isconfig.xxxxin the J2EE-service SAP XI Adapterand restart both services (automatically).
