upgrade CRM 4 to CRM 5 or directly to 2007
can anyone help me with the following dilemma?
We are working with CRM4 and using CIC0 (WINGUI) in our Call Center.
Our site is in production log time and we have about 5 types of call centers and about 100 agents.
What is the best way to upgrade and why?
1. First upgrade to CRM5, than develop ICWEB client, and than to 2007.
2. Upgrade directly to CRM2007 and than develop there the ICWEB
Please take into consideration that we use CIC0, we are in production and any other issue that are relevant to the decision making.
