Filter Dropdown Box only shows 10 values

Hi all,

i have an Info Object with 16 different values and i want them to be shown in the filterpane in WAD in a dropdown box. So i selected in BW on the Info Object settings --> Business Explorer --> display in filter as --> dropdown box.

When I checked the values after starting the report and opening the dropdown box, i found out that only 10 values are shown. Does anyone know if there is a standard limitation which is set by the system(BW) when WAD is displaying/interpreting a dropdown box defined in BW?

in WAD, go to properties of that dropdown box. Here you will see the "number of entries to be displayed" field. Please extend teh same as per your need.

Hi Pankaj,

this is not the dropdown box item in WAD that i mean. This dropdown box setting is made on the ino object itself in BW and in my filterpane in the WAD i have no dropdown box item. I think this setting in BW will be interpreted by the WAD so that when executing the report in the Web this dropdown box is displayed.

You understand what I mean???
