Hi, I have a problem while logging to SLD. When I enter my userid and password, the system doesnt go further than the logon screen.
I had taken a paid access, and the helpdesk doesnt help me syaing its a "desktop issue".
What could be the problem? Is there anything I need to do on my browser.
I tried in both Firefox and IE.

The solution for this problem is to clear the cache data in the browser.

Is your IR & ID working fine? And you have only porblem in accessing the SLD. Correct??

Just wondering..what do u mean by paid access ?
Secondly are you getting problem only with SLD or other areas too..like Runtime workbench,etc.
If u can access other areas then you can then help desk that it surely is not a desktop issue.
Best way would be to ask helpdesk ..what exactly do they mean by desktop issue. Since you have paid they just cant ignore your problem by simply giving some weird reasons. You ask them what could you do to solve the problem . or better ask them what configurations you need to use desktop.
