Hi
We have a portalenvironment with SAP EP 6.40, NW04 SPS19 (Win2003 server), we use iisproxy as reverse proxy. We have an older version, 1.4 and would like to get a newer one since we have run into some problems.
I know that IISproxy is not supported by SAP anymore, and that is why we are having a hard time finding download of software.
Could anyone help in providing a more accurate version?
/thanks in advance, Camilla

I hade some problems with reversing WAS 7.0 BSP pages and EP 7.0 pages.
I received a lot of "error on page" in the portal and for BSP I was not able to log on at all...

Hi Camilla,
There is only one issue that I am aware of and that is I had to add the following lines to my iisproxy.xml file for the webdynpro stuff to work in the portal. It needed the mapping for webdynpro.
<source>
<protocol>http</protocol>
<prefix>/webdynpro</prefix>
</source>
I have version 1.6.2.1 of iixproxy if you need it. I can email it to you.
Regards,
Rick

Hi Camilla,
I think the iis proxy files is stored on e.g. sapserv3.
So run ftp to sapserv3 and you will probably find it.
Otherwise you might consider to use SAP webdispatcher or other reverse proxy tool. You will have problem with ISS proxy when you upgrade your SAP system!
Find more information about ftp to sapserv:
