Hi,
a transportation request has been released and
now is not possible deleting it, how can I prevent
the transport of the above request?
Is there another way for deleting it?

If the transport has been released then it cannot be deleted
You can remove the files from data/cofiles folder , so no one can import them manually in other systems

What is the path?
You can see the setup path in transaction STMS.
Usually it's /usr/sap/trans/data resp. /usr/sap/trans/cofiles in UNIX.
You may also use transaction AL11 for read access. Doubleclick on entry DIR_TRANS.
is possible deleting a released transportation request with trx AL11?
I tried with button configure but can't find anything.

no it's not possible to delete it with AL11. This is just a "readonly" transaction.
To delete the files you'll usually need direct access to the server's OS. If you don't have one, ask you basis admin to delete them for you...
