Late coming into Half day leave

Hi Sapgurus,

I want to evaluate the late coming for the employees as follows:-

1)First three times - Late coming is not considered.

2)Late coming after third time(in a month) is considered as Half Day Leave(5 mnts late also half day leave).

is it possible to configure without using a PCR?

When you say condition like first 3 times, and the fourth time, these sort of customised conditions are only possible thru schemas
