VA01 Errors

Dear Friends:

In VA01, I entered Sold to party,PO Number and Material No:

I am gettign the following error

'Material 1187 is not defined for sales org.3500, distr.chan.Y1, language EN'.

How to overcome the error'.

Extend the material to the sales org 3500, D.C.Y1 in MM01.

Now click the Additional data tab on the top left, and enter the language and description for hte material.

This will solve the problem

Hello,

go to MM01, select view sales and maintain data for sales org 3500, dc Y1.

Rectify the language in <b>MM02</b>select the material, the views, the Organizational data, press enter. There above the Basic data 1 screen you will see link for additional data. Click here and maintain the required language "EN"

Also Extend the material to u r sales area MM01-> enter the material no> select the views-> click the organization unit--> give the plant & sale org:7500/ dist channel:10 & fill in all details-> press enter--->it will take to all the views fill up the details & save

Hi Sridhar,

Hope u r doing well....

I think u have given the organizational data while creating material in MM01........secondly u need to extend ur materil with other distribution channel too......hope this will solve ur problem.
