Hi,

Now I know how to upload a pdf file. Thanks for the quick reply…I'll definitely give u points for this.

But now our requirement is:-

If you change in the pdf file (it’s editable) & then upload it, it should also change in the CRM Table.

It means that the changes that occurred in pdf should reflect in the CRM System.

So wht is the next thing I should do??

Please help me…it’s really a big task for me.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Nikesh,

As per your description you would like to use the PDF forms to update data in the CRM system. In that case you will be required to create a Webdynpro application which will work with some RFF/BAPI which will update data in the CRM tables.

To use Adobe forms you need to have Adobe LiveCycle Designer installed and configured with SAP EP Server.

The option you currently use is not linked to any backend system and that file is being stored in the KM repository of the EP server.

Hi Atul,

From the links that u hv provided , I come to knw that it's the ABAPer or Java Developer's work.

I am a EP Consultant & dont know how to create Webdynpro Applications or ABAP coding. I can connect the two Systems (EP & CRM). So please suggest me wht the steps I should follow from myside??

Do we need ABAPer or Java Developer??

Pl reply.

Well YES,

u will need an webdynpro developer ( i wont say java developer) because syntax and controls are a little bit different. However he can still manage to work.

Being an EP consultant you can try on your own

Try going through the tutorials since they show you the step by step approach.

For RFC you will need an Abaper to work.

Hope this helps!
