J/PCO-03/LPP 35,200,000.00 INR 33,700,000.00

Hello,

In the above diagram, I have mentioned, in overall budget. My problem is that current budget is not equal to the overall budget. How can we balance the Overall Budget to Current Budget?

Hi,

At wht stage your current budget is n't equal to overall budget?

1. After consuming budget,

2. Aftre assinging the budget to project

In 1st case, current budget should be equal to overall budget as some of the budget would have been consumed

If the problem is in 2nd case, then while assigning the budget you have to check the same w.r.t. anual / overal

Thanks for ur valuable answer. But I am not clear about ur suggestion.

User of my organization raised the problem. When he increase the budget on particular WBS. At that time the value is coming under Remainder. Its not add the original WBS budget.

At that time we return the money from the remainder. That value is less the current value. So, the problem is raise we are not in crease the budget for the particular WBS.
