Hi Guys,
Can somebody tell me the steps and infotype to add vacation to an employee.

In IMG
1. Create vacation quota type
2. Group the quota for respective employee group / sub groups
3.Create corresponding abscence type - vacation and do the corresponding groupings.
4. In PA30, select IT2006 and assign the quota and create a record with # of vacation days to be assigned to employee.
5. Create an absence in IT2001.
6. Rune time evaluation to deduct the absence from quota.

Hi,
You can accrue absence quotas for an employee in either of the following ways:
1. Automatically using time evaluation (t-code PT60)
2. Manually using the report RPTQTA00
3. Manually by updating the absence quota infotype (IT2006)
