Shopping cart approval status problem

Hi guys,

I have activated workflow WS10000060.Currently when i am creating a shopping cart it shows as approved in the approval preview but i am getting mesaage "Document status currently being changed" out there.Also in follow on docs the status is appearing as awaiting approval.

When i check the status using SWE1 i get to see status as "ready" for the activity "set shopping cart 100000129 to released".As shopping cart status is not changing to approved follow on docs are not getting created.Can anyone please help me with this.

Hi,

Check if the job " SWWERRE " is working fine, also check the automatic workflow customizing is completed.

That WF is Without Approval Shopping Cart, then it reviews that the start conditions are correct, trx SWB_PROCUREMENT.

For example
