Leave workflow error cannot be started.Check entitlements error

Hi,

Hope someone helps me.

I am using a copy of WS20000081 and when there is an erroneous entry this error gets displayed. Even if I update the erroneous entry when I click the Send button this message still gets saved. I would need to click the Exit button for the entry to get routed for approval.

Does anyone know how to disable this check or how not to display this error message?
