How to validate manual input in BI Integrated Planning

Hi All,

We need to validate manual input in BI Integrated Planning in a similar fashion to what was available in BPS through the use of an application class derived from CL_UPWB_BSP_APPL.

However, up to now we could not find any similar solution for BI-IP. We've looked up for customer-exits (classic, BAdI, etc...), WAD setup, customizing in SPRO, etc... to no avail.

Does anyone have a clue on how to do this in BI-IP?

Any suggestions or tips on how to enhance Web Applications in BI 7 to achieve this goal may also be helpful.

Hi Fernando,

Thanks for the pointer, but unfortunately the document you suggested does not explain the kind of customer-exit I need, albeit it describes BI-IP planning function of type "exit".
