Current SQL statement for this session:

select count(*) ,sum(BLOCKS) into :b0,:b1 from SYS.SEG$ where USER#=:b2

We download latest version brtools from service.sap.com, recreate sapdba role, check's OPS$ user mechanism. We granted select from SYS.SEG$ to sapdba, but error don't eleminated
