deleting smartforms

Hi

I want to create a mail form with the name "Z_CAMP_MAIL" in the personalized mail but I can't because i get an error msg saying that a mailform with that name already exists but i can't find it anywhere in the personalized mail.

So i went to t-code SMARTFORMS. But when i try to delete the mail form which i named Z_CAMP_MAIL, i get an error msg "<i>Z_CAMP_MAIL is CRM Form. Choose standard form</i>". What does this mean?

Does anyone know how i can delete a mailform in t-code SMARTFORMS. I really need to delete this mail form as I have to created a mail form with the name Z_CAMP_MAIL as it's required by the client

Hi Noobie

I believe that these mail forms are client specific, but the namespace is client independent.

So, if someone has used that name in another client, you can't re-use it.

Delete it in the other clients or choose another name.
