write optimized DSO

Hi experts,

Here is my setup:

Flat File -> DataSource -> Write Optimized DSO -> Standard DSO

(the Write Optimized DSO has "Do Not Check Uniqueness of Data" checked)

I have one record in my flat file.

I loaded it all the way to the standard DSO.

Then i modified the value of a field of the record (not a key field) and loaded it again to the write optimized DSO, i have thus two records with the same key and one different value

The problem is that when i then load the data from the Write Optimized DSO to the Standard DSO the DTP somehow condense these two records into one but he doesn't take the latest version, the data in the Standard DSO is thus not longer the same as the data in the flat file.

Thanks for your help

Thibault

Hi Jacobs,

The write Optimised DSO is capable of request based delta. You must select your DTP as Delta fro W /O DSO to standard DSO.hanks,

Hi,

Your problem maybe is that you are loading full in the DTP. Write optimized DSO is a flat table don't do nothing , it just add records but I think if you load as a delta DTP you should have the latest record.

I hope it helps.
